What I use: my kayak kitchen
The only difference in my kayak kitchen is the Banks Fry-Bake.
The Banks Fry-Bake allows me to use Dutch-Oven cooking.
I can put hot coals underneath and on the lid recess.
I can fry or bake.
The other important difference with my kayak kitchen is that I can bring more food.
I often bring fresh food, catch a fish or get seafood in the tidelands, or bring a frozen steak in a cooler.
